In a radically changing world, in today's business environment, being good is no longer good enough. For high achievers, being brilliant is the order of the day. Anything less means too much competition or even mediocrity. Nowadays, even having a good track record cannot GUARANTEE success tomorrow. Coming up with the best product or service does not lead to triumph. Today, information and knowledge is King. This is why top achievers in any field, such as business, politics, sports, etc, make sure they have a personal coach to help them win.

Over several decades, Executive Coaching has developed to become a key ingredient in helping unlock a person's potential. Regardless of the level of success an individual has reached, Executive Coaching helps liberate their full potential. Executive Coaching is about the fundamental transformation of the management style and culture of an individual and their business. The Coach will help create a vision for the future by bouncing back ideas, eliciting questions and raising the awareness. This enables the Coachee to take responsibility and make choices that gives powerful results.

How Does Coaching Work?

Very simple.!

Coaching advice helps programme and arm the Coachee with the fundamental skills and tools to find their own solutions to their challenges. Compare this to mentoring advice where a mentor uses his or her experience to tell the Mentee the solution. Typically, Executive Coaching advice is sought out after a setback, a milestone event or any time you want. A setback event could be failing to close a business deal, an unsuccessful career move or a simple loss of confidence. The milestone event could include getting a job promotion, gaining a major new business contract, the opportunity to present to a very important audience or putting you ahead of the competition, and so on.

Each session lasts from sixty to ninety minutes. In order to maximise the effectiveness of each session, the coaching sessions should take place once a week. Goals are reviewed and assessed at each session, finishing with agreed actions for the next seven days.

There is no typical generic coaching programme. Each programme is dependant on each client's individual needs. Thus, coaching programmes can vary from Effective Presentation Skills Coaching to Entrepreneurship Coaching Leadership Coaching. The duration of a programme can average from four intensive sessions to up to a 12-month coaching programme. This is decided between the client and their coach in order to get maximum impact.
